I think the cost element category needs to be set to 11. (revenues)

Subject: SD Conditions Values Not Updating in COPA Document
I have maintained SD conditions (plan) related to shipping and expenses costs; and the same been mapped in KE4i for SD conditions with Value Fields of COPA. After billing and release to accounts; the profitability document does not get updated with the value fields. Whereas char fields are perfectly updated. Value TAB in the profitability documents shows 0 (zeros) for the value fields.
Please let me know if could check if any config's conflict or incomplete. |
