HI,

I would recommend SAP courses ADM100 and ADM315.

Subject: How to Monitor Database File System On Daily Bases

Hello Experts,

Few days ago, we were facing some issue like any of the Transaction in SAP is not getting saved, or giving Alert to User as Transaction is Locked by itself of User.

One of Our Consultants made changes in BD File System as he was saying there is an issue of Database file System Free Space (i.e. sapdata_1,sapdata_2,...etc)

Want to know how do check whether there really an issue of Space, where will get those kind of Logs, and command to Extend the Free space for DB file System.

We are using ECC6.0 with Sybase 15.7.0.136 and OS As HPUX 11.XX

Regards,
Swapz
