[sap-log-mm] PO item deletion after material accounting

Hi Experts,

PO line item got deleted after MIGO done ,But in standard sap system , not allow to delete,and still QI is pending for the Material I checked out the PO history(EKBE) there is no documents are reversed(without Reversing the document po line item got Delete),

Please help me sorting out the reason what could be the reason?
