Reply from Koono on Apr 25 at 8:50 AM Try setting up a PRT on the associated task list to be used with the maintenance item in the maintenance plan. The PRT is associated with an operation and therefore available to come along and be a part of the subsequent work order. Where I work we see two buttons at the top of the work order screen VIEWPRT and PRINTPRT, the end user can opt to view and/or print the associated PRTs via these buttons. The PRTs will open in their native application (MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe (PDF), AutoCAD Viewer Tool, etc.)?? our planners at one site scan all of their work package documents into one PDF, save it to a working directory named to the work order and asset TAG number and date so it could be reviewed again in the future if need be. Work packages may contain: procedures, digital pictures, P&IDs, Loop Drawings, SpecSheets, etc.. Regards, Gary Koontz
