Hi Friends,

We are facing the following error.
In Tcode F-32, when a customer account is keyed in for manual clearing, the following error message appears:
Error No. F5 287
Message : Account & & is currently blocked by another user

This error message appears for the same customer in F-32 even after deletion of lock entry from lock entry list in transaction SM12.
