Reply from David Slocum on Mar 31 at 5:01 PM You can directly upgrade to any supported kernel level you want. You do not need to upgrade to 7.21 before upgrading to 7.22. In fact, you could go directly to 7.40 (or any other release) if that is what you want, and as long as you're aware of any dependencies. (Refer to the Product Availability Matrix (PAM) on Marketplace.) For your second question, when you say AP1 and AP2, are these two unique systems (different SID)? Or are you talking about more than one instance (primary and secondary) of one system (one SID)? In either case, you should refer to the SWPM documentation on Marketplace. It has all the details. For systems comprised of multiple instances, you only need to run SWPM once to upgrade all the instances. For multiple systems, you must run it in each system. Hope this helps. David R. Slocum
