Ron, wouldn't that method would assume every month has 30 days and, therefore, wouldn't give them a true 41 days after EOM? They want EOM plus 41 days.
The first step of the following will always set the baseline date to the EOM for calculating the due date, regardless of the actual number of days in the month, and then add 41 days to that?

1. Under 'Baseline date of calculation' enter 31 in 'Fixed day'
2. in 'Payment terms' enter 41 in 'No. of days'.

Thanks,
Jack McGarry

When you configure the payment term, enter 2 in "Additional Months" and 11 in "Fixed date".
