Reply from James on Jan 6 at 10:17 AM Hi Susan. If you are using Production version: Go to the header of FG2 y select "inactive" status. Or you can block the version using C223. If you are NOT using Production version: Define status of FG2 in the Material Master (Production scheduling) that not allow the production Order. I hope it help you. Best Regards,

First material is a configurable material 'super-fg' which material type is 'KMAT'. I use CS01 create BOM and use object dependency function. The second and 3rd material are 'FG1' and 'FG2' which material type are 'FERT'. 'FG1' and 'FG2' are all set 'super-fg' to field name 'configurable material' in MRP view. The 'FG1' and 'FG2' BOM component is not the same because it is define by object dependency. So 'FG1' and 'FG2' design phase is not the same. 'FG1' is in mass production phase. It's allowed create production order. But 'FG2' is in R&D design phase so not allowed create production order. Please help me to define 'FG1' and 'FG2' BOM Status and use this status to control production order can be created or not. Best Regards, Susan | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community. Start today. _.____.__ |
