So I known this version is out of support but some user needs to use this version because it has some application don't support the latest version by the way this error message pop-up when I deploy update patch by App-V. Do you have suggestion for this case?

I found error "The update of SAP Front-End components failed with 1 error(s)" after install patch 19 on sapgui 7.10 (before install patch version is 12). The below is error report that generated.
