But doing it is easy enough?
You can either choose the template SAP_ALL when you create an empty role, or you can choose Edit -> Insert Authorisation -> Full Authorisation

This is dangerous and should never be done particularly where there is live data. You are risking data and system availability. It does not conform with proper security practice and will result in adverse audit findings.
Your security expert should know sap already supply such access and what safeguards are necessary
