Hi All

I have 9 years of experience in IT and in SAP BODS admin of 5.5 yr. I have received a offer from Bristelcone as Sr Cons (Band rb5). I am not sure about the company and Band hierarchy. Has anyone worked for the company before can advice me if this is the correct band as per experience? Hows the company work culture ? Growth options?
