Reply from CWK on Dec 18 at 11:00 AM Donna -- I'm not sure anything has changed in SAP related to adding material or charging time to an order after TECO. Exactly what kind of order are you dealing with (production order, process order, plant maintenance order, etc.)? You might get better advice in another forum. I think SAP expects you to set the Closed (CLSD) status if you want to cut off all costs (at least for production orders). Dave's suggestion that you use BS02 to set up a user status for your orders' status profile(s) that automatically gets set when you invoke TECO (and gets removed when unTECO) will work, too (especially if your process postpones setting CLSD for an extended period of time). You'll have to identify the business transactions related to confirmations and material movements and set up the user status to prohibit these actions. Can you provide more specifics about your situation? Carl

What do we have to do to get this to work that way again? | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community.
