There are two reasons that can make problem at this point.
1- Maybe your stock not return back in unrestricted use from there you can sale it. If same with you then you transfer it from there (block) to unrestricted.
2- During cancel pgi you return it in current date and now you try to sale it in back that, it is not possible because stock is not there in that date.

I have posted as sale entry fora an item with Sl Nos assigned, with a future ACTUAL GOODS ISSUE date by mistake.
i HAVE CANCELLED THAT ENTRY (602 ALSO DONE), IT HAS COME BACK TO MY STOCK (MMBE_) ALSO.
The problem is even though stock avl , am not able to make sale entry for that particular sl no once again.
