On my sap environment, I use device type=ASCIIPRI and if it goes to print server or workstation, the server or workstation zebra printer queue should use driver = generic text and the zebra printer needs to setup to be able to accept ascii label. I don't remember what lang it should be or you provide me what choices in zebra printer, then I might be able to tell you.
If workstation or print server use the printer driver that supplied by zebra company, then sap side needs to use their driver. You might need to talk to Zebra company to see what driver it should use. But bottom line is sap driver , print server driver or workstation driver and physical printer needs to LINE UP the same. either one not match, it won't work...
Good Luck
