Reply from SAPAUSSEC on Nov 23 at 4:51 PM I do not think this can be done simply. * For purchasing there is no authorisation restriction by cost centre - though some installations have implemented a field exit to do this * In some parts of SAP cost centres may be posted to by rules, not specified by authorizations * I_KOSTL is the cost centre authorisation for SOME maintenance functions * K_CCA cost centres can be specified by individual cost centre OR RESPONSIBILITY AREA which is a grouping of one or more cost centres or one or more nodes on the standard hierarchy and so it goes on - it is not consistently implemented. The approach I would suggest is as follows: workout which function or transaction u want to check the restriction for determine if there is a relevant authorisation object to control the cost centre examine the roles with this transaction in it and check the restrictions for cost centre IT would be a significant amount of work. If there is a better way I would really like to learn about it.

I have tried to find something using SAP tables AGR_1251 and AGR_USERS and tried a different route using authorization objects like K_CCA and I_KOSTL to find a list, with no luck yet. Any guidance would be appreciated.
