Reply from ramkis2002 on Nov 5 at 1:32 PM Try the following steps: a. Clear you cache (you can use ccleaner from Piriform.com) b. Reboot. c. Click on Start > Run > SAP GUI Expected to see: SAP GUI Configuration. d. double click and check the config that is setup. e. Go to SAP Logon Options > Local Configuration files On the right hand side you can see the 'Path to local configuration file'. Copy the path - which will look something like: C:\Users\<your NT id>\AppData\Roaming\SAP\Common Open the above path in 'Windows Explorer' (NOT Internet explorer). you will see a file by name - 'saplogon.ini' f. right click and edit via notepad. Expected to see: All available and eligible SAP logon configured items. If you can see all the items - then check via 'SAP Logon' pad. If you can see them thru that - then SAP setup is accurate. Now verify thru your add-in. If you still cannot see them - then you need to check with IT support or SAP support desk and validate if you have the appropriate authorizations to install the add-in and load. NB: You may have rights to install, but not access via add-in (which SAP support will confirm to you). Let me know. Thanks, Ram.S

Anyone had that issue? And a solution? TY | | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | _.____.__ |
