I modify the user? You mean to change the authorizations somehow? If yes
in which role? And which auhtorization object have to midify and how?

I'd suggest a different approach than customizing or enhancing a SAP standard program.

(1) modify the Security for the User used to batch run program RPRPOSTD so that they can only create locked 2001 records for the sub-types you want

(2) create a new user with the required security and modify the Batch so that this new user runs the batch job
