Question from usrvsk on Oct 15 at 1:07 PM Hello, We have been working on switching Child Support payments from a physical check to being paid by ACH with an addenda 7 record being passed through the bank. We have successfully completed the process for 8 different states and they are working exactly as expected and we are currently working on adding the State of WI. Since all of the states setup information is the same with the exception of their account numbers, we thought that when we set up WI, we could turn it on (modify the vendor and add it to the variant to pull in addenda 7 records). Unfortunately, the data pulled into the addenda 7 record reflected a RMR payment rather than a DED payment. A regular addenda 7 record appears as follows: 705DED*CS*654657*151012*####*001011214*Y*NNNNNNNNN N*55000*\ 00010000001 The bad record is showing as follows: 705RMR*OI*HR2134300000**60.00*60.00*0.00\ 00010000003 As you can see, the individual employee data does not pull into the bad record. I have reached out to one of our programmers and he has stated that the function is failing when it tries to select data from the T51R5 table, which populates the 3rd party posting step in payroll. He states that it sounds like an issue with the way the HR Creditor (40001311) is set up for this vendor. My first question is, what field, either in the HR setup or the Vendor setup is this pulling from? My second question is, why are some records pulling through for this same vendor accurately and others are not? I've compared the vendor setup between company codes and they are set up exactly the same way (at least on the surface) and I have compared the garnishment setup between multiple employees and they are set up the same way. I am obviously missing something and am hoping others may have encountered this same issue and may have suggestions as to what I am missing. Thank you for any time and consideration taken. | Reply to this email to post your response. __.____._ | In the Spotlight Become a blogger at Toolbox.com and share your expertise with the community.
