Reply from LCC352 on Oct 27 at 6:11 PM Hello! Ask the user to run a report using transaction SU53. That is a transaction that states what the user was doing at the time and what accesses they did or did not have.
That should tell you what's missing from their particular security set. Depending on how stringent your change managment is around roles and objects within roles, there could be a missing action buried in the chain of security.

Subject: User who can't drill down into GR55.
All other users including myself can drill down to the lowest level to view the details of the P&L from this report. One user can't drill down says he receives a message that he does not have access. I have tested his role and I am able to drill down with the corresponding role. I also compared the options under office integration and change the type of output to inactive, and was still able to drill down. What do I need to change to allow this user to drill down. |
