I personally would use two options - Batch input or your own recording.
Batch input (Object type 0020 with method 0000) will suggest SAP standard structure.
Your own recording would show you the recorded fields as structure.
Based on the method you will have to map your txt fields to the fields in the structure (batch input or own recording).
What error do you receive when you upload the file??
