Common error.
The message is saying that the field settings for Cost Center conflict between the Movement Type and the GL Account.
You will need to work with your FI/CO resources. It could be that the Cost Center is not allowed for a posting to that GL Account. If it's the right account, then make Cost Center optional on the account field settings. If it should go to another account, then change the account determination.
The details of the error message should show the details for field settings between the movement type and the Cost Center. The message will also call out where to correct the field settings in configuration.
