Hello All,
We have an issue where user is unable to promote historical jobs in the CMC for AOLAP work spaces.
The error is coming as "Failed while trying to logon on user XXX.RFC error:" Number:000(User or password_incorrect)"(FWM 00013) .
We have checked user id and Password is correct .
It is happening when user is doing following steps;
1.Login to AOLAP
2.In CMC goto Promotion Mangement
3.Select any report, after selecting promote, the error populates .
