Just a wild guess, but if you are using spools aggressively, maybe you are re-using spool numbers.. or, you are not deleting old spool fast enough. Please check SAP note 48284 to extend the limit higher than 32000.

Whenever I am sending an external email through Tcode-SO01 I m getting two emails at SOST que. One which shows PO No & second the email which I sent. The PO No shown actually doesn't exists & is never sent by me. When these emails are completely sent then only the original email shows up at SOST & PO No email gets vanished.
How to resolve this issue?
