Other fixed assets' reports are not updating either (S_ALR_87011963). New Acqusitions are not included in September's reports.
Details:
Period 9
Amount of Acquisition: $14M
Posting Date: 9/30/2015
Document Date 10/2/2015 (SAP would not allow me to create an asset (AS01) using 9/30 although we were still closing September--did not run depreciation until after all assets were created)
Capitalized Date: 1/1/2015 (we are letting SAP do the calculations and catchup on Deprec).
I ran S_ALR_87011990 for 9/30/2015. The Acquisition balance is not updating with the September's acquisition. If I run the report for October or any month after Sept the Acquisition balance includes September's. I just can't get the report to reflect September's acquisition. Its as if one cannot create an asset for a prior month (9/30) once the date changes (10/1) in SAP.Can someone shed some light as to why this is happening? |
