For repair, you can create service PO. After repair, the value of the Asset
will not increase. Year by year the value of asset will come down as per
the depression rate.

I have a scenario.Please help me to MAP this to SAP MM.
A service company already have FI & SD implemented.They have a plan to implement MM as well.In this they need to cover this scenario.
SCENARIO: The Employee A buy laptop from shop and claim the amount from the company by submitting the bill.and this laptop is the property(ASSET) of Company.If Employee A resign company will handover laptop to other Employee B who need laptop.If that EmployeeB repairs laptop and claims to company,that amount also needs to added up to the laptop price or somewhere we need to track the repair amount.Once the laptop reached completed the lifetime we can scrap.
IN SYSTEM: After getting the bills from the Employee A,HR will to create ASSET PO and do GR . How we will assign this laptop to Employee1?How to exchange that laptop to Employee2 and add the repairment cost in laptop value?please help |
