You could use
SE37 -> *get*week* and find GET_WEEK_INFO_BASED_ON_DATE
for month and year you could use string slicing:
date(4) -> year
date+4(2) -> month
date+6(2) -> day
and if you want the day name or month name ... I think with this info you can find it.
