Please run the t-code CL20N (Assign object to Class) - There you can check all the release condition within release strategy .
1- first Column (Selection ) Enter release class then release group & Release strategy then press Enter.
2- then you will go to next column ( Assignment ) click on class then will get new field General . There you can maintain all characteristic value.

We are trying to configure release strategy for PO.
The characteristics are PO document type and purchase organisation.
While checking through cl30n, it returns the correct release code which matches the criteria. Still the release strategy tab is not appearing in the PO.
