Please check your Field Status Group for that GL account and make sure that
Cost Object is suppress for that field status group under additional
account assignment.

Parsam,
Try using /editseeddata after the cfg file name in
the short cut when you launch siebel. Then you can add
views to the responsibilities (this option is used to
add views to sadmin responsibility etc)..
