[sap-log-sd] Shipment Document Numbers Skipping

When creating shipment numbers some numbers are skipped. Number range is
not consistent

For example, shipment numbers generated are 1016, 1017, 1018, 1019, 1020,
1030, 1031 and so on. The numbers between 1020 and 1030 are missing. What
could be the reason?
