Reply from ChrisO on Aug 3 at 9:12 AM You can do this by use of appropriate authorization in the job roles in which you have placed T-code MB1B for the selected groups of people. For each role where MB1B exists, and you want to control user access as you have described, you will need one role variant that allows the action by authorization, and another role variant that is identical but differs by change of authorization to achieve the restriction effect that you require.
