Reply from noack_a on Jul 7 at 2:30 AM Ok I know you can delete and or flag Material, but for the substances that are connected in any matter, to Recipe Management or EHS or whatever, So that if building a new recipe that substance CAN NOT be used, no error Messages or so isnt what is wanted. Also the fact that if SDB's are being generated they cant. Is there a way to do so? I know from one Company- it isn't or hasn't been cracked to do so. Just Messages Pop up and say material / SUbstance noted for deletion and etc. but doesn't block it. Can still develop a Recipe with that item.

We would like to flag all Substances not being used anymore for deletion or not to be used in the System. What or which way would be the best way to do so?
SO that when building recipes, it can't be done, so that SDS ( Safety data Sheets) can't be produced and etc.
Also to list them all and then delete out of the System.
