2. check stock is there t-code mb52 .
if purchase order & invoice not pending & also no stock item you can delete a material .
for mass change t-code MM17 field MARA-LVORM = 'X' .
or use t-code MM06 for one by one deletion

We would like to flag all Substances not being used anymore for deletion or not to be used in the System. What or which way would be the best way to do so?
SO that when building recipes, it can't be done, so that SDS ( Safety data Sheets) can't be produced and etc.
Also to list them all and then delete out of the System.
