Scheduling the work is the Key factor along with assigning the work to the correct Work Center.
The recommended method is to Set up Intervals and Shifts at the Work Center Level/s and if you are really interested you can use Prometheus Solutions and schedule the individual workers by person..
Confirmation of time is also critical. Time must be confirmed by date and time and finalized only when the work is actually completed.
