In order for the Task List to create a viable Work Order, the Functional Location needs to have an active Cost Center attached.
The Cost Center can be added using T-Code IB02.
If there is no active cost center on the Functional Location, you will be able to create a notification, but, it cannot be released as a Work order. The Cost Center is required.
NOTE: I have experienced this several time in the last 6 months when troubleshooting in ECC Prod.

Hi there, I would like to add a configurable material to a functional location to later on, set a configurable task list based on a functional location. I cannot see the view selection option on the Edit menu (IL02), in the functional location like it is on the equipment.
Are there any reason for it?
What can I do to user congurable task list for a functional location?
