Reply from festuskomen on Jul 31 at 8:05 AM To my observation the printer fails to print due to the type of anti-virus software installed in the system e.g. kaspeskery makes a computer not to be efficient and effective hence slows the rate of performance of a printer due to its size and too bulky. Also the compatibility of the system and SAP SHOULD tie in the size of OS if 64bit to run

I kindly need your help with this:
One of my clients has an issue with printing. They are on B1 cloud environment and every time she prints, it takes like 2-5 minutes for a page to print out and each page is using 12mbs to print.
Please assist.
