Check and see if all of the available spool WPs are all in use at the time the issue is occurring. If they are, then start looking there first. If not, then look at the spooler next.
As mentioned by others, front-end printing (when in use) is dependent on the user's PC which can slow things down also (think of when the PC only has a few MB of HDD space left on C:\) - but I'd check the spool WPs first.

When I look at your issues, I could not figure out how your client doing the printing. I need to know how the job flow.. So basically it needs to show the architecture diagram or works where the users and what platform sap system the user use , what printing method it uses (frontend printing or access method L) and where the printer is., which part is in the cloud ? user or sap system spooler in the cloud ? same cloud ? It needs more info in order to understand why the printing is slow. |
