1. check if you have free BGD processes (check in SM50/SM51)
2. check job classes of you job that are not running
3. check for short dumps in ST22
4. check for SM21 errors
5. check dev_disp contents for errors

Dear Experts,
I am facing a problem which has suddenly came in production system.
All background jobs are getting delayed by thounds of seconds and not started.
When I start immediate manualy one of delayed job then all jobs start and finished.
Can any one help me what is the problem.
