A012 indicates the position(S) that is managing an org unit. It is the
relationships between positions that form a reporting hierarchy, that could
be evaluated separately from the organisational structure.

It has been explained here how the relationships between the organizational
elements are to be maintained, and how to extract the reports for the
organizational structure, with the employees and their reporting managers.

If you are looking at finding a manger you can use HR_ASR_MANAGER where
manager is the Head of the organization unit.
If you have defined manager with A002 relationship between employee and
manager then use HR_ASR_GET_LEADER.
