If the user is still active in the system, use T/code swi5 and select the item id to be deleted. Copy the id and go to SWIA t/code, paste the id number and run it. Select
Edit menu and choose the work item then, logically delete.
This should clear the item from the user inbox.

You actually can not delete it, but there is an option to forward it. If someone is not working anymore and the user still exists, you can forward it to him and tell everyone to do so. That's what we do. |
