Reply from leancon on Jul 28 at 5:13 PM Here is what happened, on the material master setting for this part was post to inspection stock with no inspection types active. Goods receipt against production order was performed and parts went into QI status with no inspection lot opened. Then tcode QA08 was used to activate 04 inspection lot and the box for Activate despite inspection lot was checked. Then the inspection type 08 was activated. Not sure how but 2 08 inspection lots for the same batch qty of 1 piece and serial were generated. One of the inspection lots was processed (UD made and stock posting into Unrestricted) . But I have this other inspection lot that I do not want to process and cannot process.
