Reply from connie_durham on Jun 30 at 12:12 PM Nasar, Personally, I like to use the Reconciliation report, PC00_M10_REC. Here you can pull several fields in to the report to sort and generate totals on. Or if you prefer to download and subtotal in Excel that works great here. The report reads the payroll cluster and pulls in Wage type and description as well as dollars and hours worked. The report has the tax company, tax authority, cost center, Personnel Area/Subarea, Employee Group/subgroup, Org Key, Emp Status, Company code, Payroll area and Emp number. The selection on date is based on the Pay date stored in payroll cluster. This report does not form columns from right to left for expense periods. A more formal report that you may want to review is in Cost Center Accounting. It is transaction, PC00_MNA_CC_MAN. You will need to do some configuration around this for wage type application and feature 10CCM, as well as some authorization changes or new roles to allow access. Regards, Connie
