Check your stocks and demand in CO09 and look at what open deliveries and
sales orders within RLT are consuming the 45 of 46 that you have in stock.
If you definitely have nothing showing try a test run of SDRQCR21, and if
it looks like it will work run it in change mode (Data transfer ticked)
