Reply from siegsander on Jun 30 at 7:46 AM If you have Change Documents turned on for the WO there is an entry in Order>Extras>Documents for Order>Changes. Operations are additions or changes to table AFVC and the change documents show who created them. BTW, SAP creates a unique key in sequential order for each operation. The Plan number links to the WO and the Counter is the order in which the operations are created. Even if you renumber the operation the Counter remains the same. But table AFVC will show who created the operation counter for Plan number 1001143564. Sieg Sanders [image: Inline image 1]
