There's a GRC request that the Risk Owner is trying to approve. The request has SOD violations that has to be mitigated before it can be approved. When he clicks on the Risk Violations tab, the system hangs until it times out. But when he clicks on all the other tabs i.e, User details, Paramaters and user groups, he manages to open them up.
What could really be wrong here?
