Reply from pauljb470 on May 6 at 12:37 AM Set the 'interval for call objects' on the IP30 job to 30 days, based on your call horizon this will ensure the low frequency jobs will have multiple orders created early.
It will take a few days to catch up as it will only create 1 call each time it is run

I have over 300 different PM's to distribute to employees on a monthly basis. I need to print the work orders early to schedule and be prepared. Call Horizon is set to 0%. A 365 day scheduling period. Completion Required field is not checked. Do I have to set the Offset to 1 month to do this. What else is their? Thank you in advance for any solution. When we were on Grand PM we had no problems with this. Thanks again. |
