Go to settings > Show object manager
Click on Free Search
A pop up box will appear and at top right hand side click on icon "Persons along organizational structure"
Choose which org unit your require
Now to out put
On the left hand side open "key fields" for personnel number choose value output
Open up Actions
Employment Status: choose value selection box. This will place it to the right hand side. In here you can enter only active employees
Open up Organisational Assignment: choose Value Output and Text Display
Green Tick
You will now see all active employee in the org unit you selected. You can download by choosing views this is an icon just above the Hit list and choose "list output". From here you should be able to print
