Reply from ChrisO on May 15 at 9:56 AM Use class type 001 (Material). In CL02 create classes (of type 001). In CT04 create the characteristics for those classes and in CL20N assign characteristics to classes. Then in the classification view of each material master, assign the values of the charcteristics for the material. where appropriate. The when searching for materials, you should be able to search by the material characteristics you have set up.
