Since your issue occurs at the same time each day, I would suggest you check your current job schedule and see if there are some long running jobs at the same time or that many jobs are scheduled/running at the same time. The resolve may be as simple as adding more work processes to your system. If you have limited number of dialog processes then when all are busy users will need to wait until a process frees up. This is true for all of the processes, additional batch processes would alleviate the fact of too many simultaneous scheduled jobs. So check your system resources and enhance if necessary.

Subject: System Throwing Users Out of Transaction and Locking the Transaction in Users ID

Hi Experts,
We have been facing a very peculiar issue since many days. At a particular time of the day only, many users across modules are getting thrown out of their transactions by the system and then when users try to get back into the transaction, system is giving them a message that the transaction is locked under their own ID.
But after waiting for some 5-10 min, the users are able to get into the transaction with out any issue.
This is causing a huge number of DB locks as well.

We have checked and no transports have been moved in the recent days.

Would highly appreciate some help on how to find out the root cause and resolve this issue.

Regards,
Vikas Hali
