Thank you for the reply. I have already checked OBY6 and JV field does not have check mark. I have tried deactivate the JV too .. and the message was " GJ62 company code has been removed from the assignment..

Hi Experts,
I have created a company code through copying company code 1000 and I didnot copy COA. I have define the COA and assign the COA to the companycode. Now I am trying to create cost center and I am getting error " JV Object type required by JV parameters for company code ........"
I did not create Joint Venture or assign to my company code . So why do I get the error while creating the cost center?
How to deactivate the JV from the company code which I have created so that I can create one Cost center?
