The SAP systems will be in separate instances. Each instance contains a
client. A SAP user logs on to a client.

If administration (basis and database support) are performed by the
same people then with proper SAP security and network, operating
security and database security the risk would not be significant.

Take care to ensure log on is properly defined to specific clients, and
that the GUI, portal or NWBC is carefully defined for DEV and TEST. clients
